The starting point of Eske Schlüter’s work Still Written in the Stars, presented in the exhibition in the Kesselsaal of the Planetarium Hamburg, is Aby Warburg's Image Collection on the History of Astrology and Astronomy and the question of why certain stars happen to be grouped together to form constellations. Based on this, the artist has developed an audiovisual exploration of historical and contemporary cosmologies that give history, space and meaning to what is considered planetary.
